水凝胶包载药物治疗糖尿病足溃疡的研究进展

摘要：糖尿病足溃疡（diabetic foot ulcers，dfus）是由长期糖尿病的影响出现的常见并发症。由于其周围神经再生困难、氧化应激水平升高、血管生成减少、细菌感染、慢性炎症等导致其创面难清理，从而导致伤口难愈合和治疗更加困难。水凝胶敷料由于其对dfus伤口有较好的保护性和促进愈合等特性，近年来常与药物结合在一起被广泛应用于临床治疗。这些材料融合了水凝胶和包载药物的优势，具有独特的性质和广泛的应用前景。本文对水凝胶包载常见的生长因子、纳米粒子和天然中药进行综述，指出它们各自的优缺点和研究进展，并全面阐述水凝胶包载药物的最新策略，以期更全面的认识水凝胶载药敷料，为推动水凝胶载药敷料的发展及应用提供有用的理论支撑和参考依据。

research progress in hydrogel-encapsulated drug therapy for diabetic foot ulcers
abstract：diabetic foot ulcers (dfus) are a common complication arising from the effects of long-term diabetes. they are challenging to clean due to difficulties in peripheral nerve regeneration, elevated levels of oxidative stress, reduced angiogenesis, bacterial infections, and chronic inflammation, leading to difficult wound healing and more difficult treatment. hydrogel dressings have been widely used in clinical treatments in recent years, often in combination with medications, due to their properties such as better protection and promotion of healing in dfus wounds. these materials incorporate the advantages of hydrogels and encapsulated drugs and have unique properties and a wide range of applications. in this paper, we review the common growth factors, nanoparticles, and natural chinese medicines encapsulated in hydrogels, point out their respective advantages and disadvantages and research progress, and comprehensively describe the latest strategies of hydrogel-encapsulated drugs in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of hydrogel-encapsulated dressings, and to provide useful theoretical support and reference basis for the promotion of hydrogel-encapsulated dressings development and application.
